Terms of Service
Last updated: 26 May 2026
By accessing or using Kamiyab ("the Service"), operated as a sole proprietorship from India ("we", "us"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Free service
The Service is provided free of charge. We may introduce paid features in future; if we do, those will be clearly marked and optional.
2. Quality of content
Quiz questions on this Service are sourced from previous-year question (PYQ) papers of each exam and audited by subject experts before publishing. Despite this audit, some questions may still contain errors, ambiguities, or outdated material — exam patterns and answer keys do change. The Service is intended for practice only. Always cross-reference with official syllabus materials, NCERT books, and previous-year papers from official sources before treating any answer as final. If you spot an incorrect answer, use the Report wrong answer button on the result page so we can fix it.
3. No guarantees of exam results
We make no warranty that practicing on Kamiyab will result in any particular score, rank, selection, or admission in any exam. Your results depend on your own preparation, the actual paper, and many other factors outside our control.
4. Acceptable use
You agree NOT to:
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically download content from the Service.
- Attempt to overload, disrupt, or reverse engineer the Service.
- Use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
- Attempt to bypass rate limits or access controls.
5. Intellectual property
The Service's design, code, and brand belong to Kamiyab (sole proprietorship, India). Question content is sourced from previous-year exam papers issued by the respective examining bodies (SSC, UPSC, RRB, IBPS, etc.); we paraphrase, structure, and explain those questions but make no claim of original authorship over the underlying PYQ content. You may freely use individual questions for personal study.
6. No warranty
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or correctness of any content.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Kamiyab (sole proprietorship, India) shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes to terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
9. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New Delhi.
